Apply in the morning and/or evening - On a daily basis.

Step 1 Apply to wet skin.
Step 2 Work into a lather.
Step 3 Rinse thoroughly.
Step 4 Gently dry.
Step 5 Then use Atoderm Intensive Balm or Atoderm Intensive Gel-Cream.

Apply to healthy skin. If the dryness problem persists, consult a doctor.
