1. Offer Overview
The first 50 eligible individuals to sign up for the Bioderma Canada newsletter through the Offer’s advertising form will each receive two tickets to the Montréal Roses match taking place on October 23, 2026, at Stade Boréale (Laval).
The offer (hereinafter the “Offer”) is organized by Bioderma, NAOS North America – 800 Boulevard de Maisonneuve East, Suite 1200, Montreal, QC, H2L 4L8, Canada (hereinafter “Bioderma” or the “Organizer”).
Tickets will be awarded on a “first come, first served” basis. No purchase or random draw is required. A purchase does not increase the chances of receiving tickets.
The Offer is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram). Meta is released from any liability related to the Offer.
2. Offer Period
The Offer begins on XX October at 12:00 a.m. and ends at the earlier of the following:
- Once all 50 tickets have been awarded;
- October 20 at 11:59 p.m. (ET), even if all tickets have not been awarded.
The official time will be determined by the time the form is recorded on Meta’s servers. Any registration received after the end of the Offer will not entitle the participant to a ticket.
3. Eligibility
The Offer is open to legal residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority (18 years of age) at the time of registration.
The following individuals are not eligible: employees, representatives and agents of Bioderma, its affiliated companies, its advertising and promotional agencies, the Montréal Roses club, as well as individuals with whom they are domiciled and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, brothers and sisters).
4. How to Enter
To participate, simply complete the Bioderma Canada newsletter sign-up form accessible through the Offer’s advertisement on Facebook or Instagram.
- Click on the advertisement stating: “Be among the first 50 and receive a ticket to the match.”
- Complete all mandatory fields of the form with accurate information.
- Accept these terms and conditions and click “Submit.”
Only complete and non-duplicate forms will be considered. The order of ticket allocation will be determined by the order in which the forms are recorded by Meta.
Limit of one (1) entry and two (2) tickets per person, email address and household. Any duplicate entry, or any entry made using multiple email addresses or identities, will be cancelled.
Submitting the form does not guarantee that a ticket will be awarded. The newsletter subscription remains valid even if the individual does not receive a ticket, and they may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Tickets Offered
Fifty (50) tickets will be offered, with two (2) tickets awarded to each selected participant.

The ticket provides access to the match only. Transportation, accommodation, meals, beverages and any other expenses remain the responsibility of the selected participant.
The ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash value. It may not be resold. If the match is cancelled, Bioderma is under no obligation to replace the ticket or provide compensation. Bioderma reserves the right to replace the ticket with a prize of equivalent value if, for a reason beyond its control, it is unable to award the ticket.
6. Ticket Allocation and Claiming
Tickets will be awarded to the first 50 eligible individuals, in the order in which their forms are recorded by Meta, subject to verification of their eligibility.
Selected participants will be contacted by email by Bioderma as soon as reasonably possible following their registration to confirm the allocation of their tickets. They must respond within 48 hours of the email being sent, confirming their identity and email address.
If the selected participant fails to respond within this period or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the ticket will be cancelled and awarded to the next eligible individual in the order of registration.
Once the allocation has been confirmed, Bioderma’s Customer Service team will send the ticket separately by email no later than October 20, 2026.
7. General Conditions
By participating, each individual agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Bioderma, which shall be final.
- Verification: Bioderma may verify the identity, age and place of residence of any selected participant and may require valid identification.
- Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate the Offer, including the use of bots, multiple entries or false information, will result in disqualification.
- Limitation of liability: Bioderma is not responsible for lost, incomplete or delayed forms, or for technical, network or Meta platform failures. Bioderma is also not responsible for emails that are not received, including emails filtered into junk or spam folders.
- Match: Bioderma is not responsible for the organization or conduct of the match, or for any postponement or cancellation thereof. The selected participant must comply with the access and security rules of Stade Boréale.
- Modification: Subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, Bioderma reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Offer if an event beyond its control compromises its proper operation.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail.
8. Personal Information and Contact
The information collected is used to manage registrations, allocate tickets and communicate with selected participants. It is processed in accordance with the Bioderma Canada Privacy Policy and Quebec’s Law 25.
By submitting the form, the individual agrees to receive marketing emails from Bioderma Canada. If they provide their mobile phone number, they also consent to receiving automated marketing text messages; messaging and data rates may apply. They may unsubscribe at any time by using the link provided in each email or by replying STOP by text message. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Meta also uses this information in accordance with its own Data Use Policy, including to pre-fill advertising forms.
